Often conversations around mental health are stigmatised and usually focus on individuals suffering / dealing with serious mental health disorders/ illnesses. However, counselling is not necessarily pertained to only this sector of individuals. Counselling can help one deal with their day to day challenges, changes or it could be as simple as having someone to talk and listen to.
